Watchmen: Motion Comic

As some of you know, Alan Moore's Watchmen is my all time favorite graphic novel. The characters, the realism, it's just too much for mere words to describe the greatness that this novel contains. Time Magazine thought so too and put it on their ALL TIME 100 novels. It's rubbing elbows with The Great Gatsby and 1984. And I swear if you read one comic in your lifetime YOU MUST READ THIS. No jokes, it's mind altering.

EA Joins the comic book industry!

Listen up Comic and Video game fans because today IDW Publishing has announced that it has teamed up with EA two launch two new comics and an entire EA imprint! EA will be calling their imprint very simply "EA Comics", they have also confirmed on IGN that all titles will be available not only in print but also to download to the IPhone and IPod Touch.
Only two titles have been officially announced, Army of Two which will be written by Peter Milligan from Hellblazer and X-Men fame. The first Army of Two story arc will be called "Across the Border" and will focus on Salem and Rios, two ex-Army Rangers who are trying to form their own private Military Corporation. The comic story will follow the storyline of the first game, but it takes place before the Invasion by Shanghai.

The second comic that EA will be publishing is called Dragon Age and no details have been released yet except that it will be based off Bioware's new game and written by Scott Card.

Stay tuned for more details

Marvel Civil War

Hero versus hero, villains hired by the government to track down heros, an armoured avenger versus a patriotic icon, where can you find all of this? Inside marvel's civil war. I know what many of you are thinking, that civil war happened over a year ago but with the recent release of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 which deals heavily with the civil war storyline I figure why not review one of the most in depth marvel storylines.
